Will I get Sparkles for my birthday in case my birthday falls within 30 days of becoming a member?

We have a blackout period of 30 days to avoid misuse of the program. You will not get any Sparkles for your birthday in case your birthday falls within 30 days of you becoming a member. You will be eligible to earn Birthday Sparkles from next birthday onwards.

Do my points expire?

No! Your points will never expire.

What happens to my points if I return the products?

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
