Returns

We kindly remind you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may request a free return within 30 days from delivery of the items. After 30 days, all sales are final. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn, in the state that you received them, with the original packaging.

We offer FREE return shipping for US domestic orders only. International customers will need to pay for return shipping. For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns may take up to two weeks for processing, once we receive the package.

Enchanted Disney Fine Jewelry provides a 1-year warranty on all your fine jewelry purchased from EnchantedFineJewelry.co.uk. The warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect or abuse.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

1. Any damage to your jewelry purchase due to negligence or abuse. (For Example: If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Enchanted Disney Fine Jewelry. is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. If the jewelry was neglected and abused and the warranty becomes void.)
2. If another jeweler performs any repair or resizing work on an item purchased from EnchantedFineJewelry.co.uk we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.
